On the 13th of October, some of my friends and I met at Gaona Schoppmans beautiful home to do some work for Santa. Someone donated lots of teddy bears for the Gala. They were new and dressed so cute, but had been sitting for a long time, so we got them out of their boxes and cleaned them and brushed up and pressed their clothes and got them to look brand new again. I think we did about 45 or 50 bears in all. They are going to be used to decorate a tree at the Happy Factory Gala, which is the first part of November. We had so much fun. Gaona had not only provided her home, but great goodies as well. She had banana bread and cheese and fruits and soda pop and orange juice. Just about anything a person could want. I'm showing some photos of our day.
